Key Responsibilities

  • Agree business objectives and KPIs with line manager each period
  • Carry out monthly team meetings to discuss results, provide training, and give direction on key strategic priorities
  • Conduct individual performance appraisals and implement personal development plans
  • Ensure the team's achievement of ROI, sales, and distribution across each period
  • Responsible for driving KPI achievement of each Field Sales Executive
  • Maintain the Field Team's satisfaction and retention
  • Responsible for the training and development of Field Sales Executives

Requirements

  • Comprehensive understanding of the ENGAGE script and phone operation to optimize data capture
  • Comprehensive understanding of Lost Sales Value Shopping list to drive team performance
  • Continuous monitoring of the Field Sales Executive budget to ensure it is not exceeded
  • Accurate reconciliation of the Team's Expenses and fuel costing (PHH)
  • Calculation of the Field Team's bonus subject to account budget and their performance and achievement across the period
