We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Lead to join our team at Contempee, a modern home decor e-commerce brand specialising in faux floral arrangements and vases.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and be accountable for overseeing multiple paid media platforms, checking daily what creative is working best and how to iterate & improve it further.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute performance-driven creative that aligns with brand objectives, focusing on audience growth, engagement, and conversion.
- Collaborate with our videographer/editor and creators to come up with new creative briefs to be implemented into the paid campaigns.
- Manage new creative plans and scaling strategies.
- Monitor creative performance to enable the best feedback for further creative iterations and new ideas.
- Ensure that all paid performance marketing consistently exceeds target ROAS each month/quarter.
- Continually learning about the latest updates to paid social media platforms.
- Utilise project management skills to oversee projects related to the role.
- Management of organic social media content and scheduling.
- Minimum of 2 years paid media management, especially for instagram/Facebook (Meta).
- Proven experience in paid social media role and creative strategy.
- Great at analysing data and providing reports and feedback.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Skilled in carrying out market research.
