Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Lead to join our team at Contempee, a modern home decor e-commerce brand specialising in faux floral arrangements and vases.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee multiple paid media platforms, ensuring optimal campaign performance and Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS).
- Develop and execute performance-driven creative strategies that align with brand objectives, focusing on audience growth, engagement, and conversion.
- Collaborate with our videographer/editor and creators to design new creative briefs for paid campaigns.
- Manage new creative plans and scaling strategies, ensuring seamless execution and feedback loops between the team and agency.
- Monitor creative performance, providing actionable insights for further creative iterations and new ideas.
- Minimum 2 years of paid media management experience, particularly in Instagram and Facebook (Meta).
- Proven experience in paid social media roles and creative strategy.
- Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Strong market research skills and ability to provide reports and feedback.
