About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape. They will be accountable for overseeing multiple paid digital marketing platforms and email marketing for Contempee's e-commerce brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be an expert in Paid Social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google etc.), demonstrating an in-depth understanding of campaign tactics, creatives and their impact on marketing metrics such as CPC, CPM & ROAS.
- Manage day-to-day operations of paid social campaigns and their budgets.
- Collaborate with our creative team to come up with new ideas to be implemented into the paid campaigns.
- Manage new creative plans and scaling strategies, creating a solid feedback loop between the team to create a better flow of new creative and paid social media management.
- Monitor creative performance to enable the best feedback for further creative iterations and new ideas.
- Ensure that all paid performance marketing consistently exceeds target ROAS each month/quarter.
- Continually learn about the latest updates to paid social media platforms.
- Learn from an outsourced expert on the best way to manage paid social media campaigns.
- Responsible for preparing weekly reports to feedback to the director.
- Utilize project management skills to oversee projects related to the role.
- Manage the email content calendar.
- Create email campaigns for the weeks ahead.
- Manage and constantly improve email flows, carrying out A/B tests, improving email designs and ad copy continuously.
- Segment emails to ensure the email list is kept engaged.
- Provide weekly reports on campaign and flow performance.
- Ensure that the open, click and purchase rates are kept above standard.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years paid media management, especially for Instagram/Facebook (Meta).
- Minimum of 1 year experience in email marketing and the creation of campaigns/flows.
- Should have experience with Klaviyo or at least have good knowledge of this tool.
- Will ideally have experience with Figma and Monday but not essential.
- Experience with Google ads is desirable.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional work and driving business impact.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Great at analyzing data and providing reports and feedback.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Skilled in carrying out market research.
