As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives. You will be responsible for providing personal care, conducting regular checks throughout the night, and assisting with household duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Conduct regular checks throughout the night to ensure the safety and comfort of service users.
- Assist with household duties, including cleaning and laundry.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for supporting others and making a positive difference in people's lives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
