About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Oxlip House, a leading provider of care services in Bury St Edmunds. As a Night Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients, providing personalized care and support to enable them to live independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients, including personal care, medication management, and emotional support
  • Work independently to manage the night shift, taking charge in the event of emergencies and ensuring the security and safety of residents and the scheme
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

About You

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support. You will need to have previous experience of caring for vulnerable individuals or working in a residential care setting, and be comfortable taking charge in the event of emergencies. A Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable, but not essential.
