About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Night Care Assistant to join our team at Oxlip House. As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents, providing personalized care and support to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including personal care, medication management, and mobility assistance
  • Conduct regular checks on residents to ensure their safety and well-being
  • Respond to emergencies and take charge in the event of an incident
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on resident care and activities

About You

We are looking for a Night Care Assistant who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to residents. You will need to have previous experience in a care setting, a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with a can-do approach and a commitment to excellence in your work.
