We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at The Stamford Bridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and welcoming environment, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our menu and drinks offerings, making recommendations to customers and increasing sales through upselling and suggestive selling.
  • Ensure that all customers receive a warm and personalized welcome, with a focus on building strong relationships and loyalty.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
