Position Summary

Compass Associates is excited to collaborate with a distinguished care organization that operates throughout the UK, managing a diverse range of nursing, residential, and dementia care facilities. The organization is seeking to enhance its Quality Team by adding a new member who will be responsible for traveling across the North East and parts of Yorkshire.

The role will involve overseeing a portfolio of medium to large elderly care facilities. The Quality Assurance Manager will engage with staff to enhance their competencies while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Responsibilities include assisting with the execution of improvement plans in underperforming facilities, preparing for inspections, and conducting thorough audits.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of exemplary care delivery and be capable of effectively communicating this across various teams. They should be inspiring, eager to share their knowledge, and committed to working collaboratively with staff to enhance operational practices.

In this role, the selected manager must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. The organization is particularly interested in candidates with a background in the care industry who have established positive relationships with regulatory bodies and can clearly articulate their contributions to quality improvement.
