Manufacturing Operations Supervisor - CNC

We are looking for a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to become a vital part of our Workshop Team.

The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor will be responsible for managing a cell team of 1 to 25 individuals, ensuring that all processes and behaviors are followed to achieve excellence in Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to established processes and set a positive example in conduct.
  • Responsible for the health and safety of the team.
  • Oversee team attendance and behavior to align with expectations.
  • Foster a culture of ongoing improvement among team members.
  • Authorized to stop operations if safety is at risk.
  • Manage daily cell schedules and monitor performance against set targets.
  • Guide future development requirements for both machinery and personnel within the cell.

Candidate Profile

  • Significant experience and knowledge in the manufacturing sector.
  • Proven success in team leadership to meet organizational objectives.
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing methodologies.
  • Capability to convert customer requirements into operational effectiveness.
  • Must be a UK National, eligible for further security clearance.
