Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Development:
- Identify and assess potential partners that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Formulate and implement a partnership strategy to broaden the company's market footprint and enrich its product/service offerings.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and conditions to ensure mutually advantageous relationships.
- Execute annual partner plans effectively.
2. Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary liaison for partners, nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Maintain regular communication with partners to comprehend their needs, address concerns, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner requirements are fulfilled and to facilitate seamless cooperation.
3. Performance Management:
- Track and evaluate the performance of partnerships, utilizing data to uncover opportunities for enhancement and growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value derived from each partnership.
- Provide consistent reports and updates to senior management regarding the status and performance of partnerships.
4. Marketing and Promotion:
- Work alongside the marketing team to create co-marketing initiatives that promote joint solutions and elevate brand visibility.
- Organize and engage in joint events, webinars, and other promotional activities to strengthen partner relationships and boost engagement.
5. Training and Support:
- Deliver training and support to partners to ensure they are well-prepared to promote and sell our products/services.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive partner training program, including materials and resources.

Qualifications
Proven experience in partner management or business development, particularly within the public sector, defense, and security domains.
Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and the ability to identify new growth opportunities.
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
