We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our passionate team in Scarborough. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Socialising and Community Involvement: Support individuals to engage in social activities, promote hobbies and interests, and participate in community events.
  • Personal Care and Support: Provide physical support, including assistance with household tasks and personal care, to ensure individuals' well-being and dignity.
  • Life Skills Development: Support individuals to develop life skills, such as shopping, money management, and daily living skills.
  • Individual Support Plans: Deliver tailored support plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual.
