Job Summary
We are seeking a Support Professional to join our team in the Stokesley and Northallerton areas. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities or additional needs in their daily lives. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support with daily living tasks
- Assisting with medication management and administration
- Accompanying individuals to social events and activities
- Supporting with daily routines and schedules
- Providing emotional support and companionship
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
