Web Applications Support Analyst - Live Systems

About Scott Merrick LLP:
A leading technology provider specializing in Real Time solutions is seeking a dedicated Web Applications Support Analyst for Live Systems. This role involves delivering remote assistance, overseeing and monitoring solutions, and providing support for applications and their related systems. The position is classified as up to 2nd line support, with the potential for escalation to internal DevOps and Development teams when necessary. Key responsibilities include:

  • Adhering to established service level agreements while advising on the integration of new technologies.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to devise technical solutions and engaging with subject matter experts regarding incidents and service requests.
  • Maintaining thorough documentation of issues, requests, and resolutions within the IT Service Management (ITSM) system.
  • Contributing to and enhancing the internal knowledge base while identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Important Note: This position requires participation in a 24/7 support team, working from 6 AM to 6 PM across four shifts, followed by four shifts off. Candidates must be prepared to commit to this schedule, which includes weekends and national holidays.
