We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our team on a 3-month Fixed Term Contract basis, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will be part qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent) and eager to apply their skills in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Support the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth.
- Variance Analysis: Conduct thorough variance analysis to identify key trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Management Reporting: Prepare monthly management accounts and reports to provide insights for decision-making.
- Financial Modelling: Assist with financial modelling and scenario planning to support business initiatives.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support to various departments.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Provide support for ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as required.
- Part Qualified: Part qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA (or equivalent).
- Financial Experience: Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modelling) and other financial software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
