About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Camino Partners Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition efforts and developing strategies to attract top talent in the Quantitative, Trading, and Finance Markets globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with senior management to understand business needs and develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy.
  • Take briefs from internal stakeholders to identify talent requirements and lead the recruitment process.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels to source high-quality candidates, both active and passive.
  • Pre-qualify candidates and provide a detailed summary of suitable candidates for interview.
  • Ensure relevant references are taken where required.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of quality candidates to support business growth needs.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Learning and Development to identify and attract top future talent from top universities and careers fairs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or executive search role, with a proven track record of placing graduates and experienced consultants.
  • A self-driven personality with a desire to be hands-on across all aspects of talent attraction and market engagement.
