Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, attend meetings, and drive sales to grow our client base.
- Candidate Attraction: Attract and engage with candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and leaflet campaigns.
- Candidate Management: Register and interview candidates, ensuring they are fully compliant with our processes.
- Client Management: Manage your own client base, building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Pool Management: Create, manage, and maintain pools of labour to provide a fast and efficient service to clients.
- Networking: Attend networking events, recruitment fairs, and other industry events to promote our services and build relationships.
- Performance Management: Work to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI and financial targets.
- Support and Guidance: Provide support and guidance to team members within the department.
- Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a related field, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Sales and Conversion: A proven track record in sales and converting leads.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels and forge long-lasting relationships.
- IT Literacy: High level of IT literacy, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Driving License: Full driving license with no more than 6 points for minor offenses.
- Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum + Bonus (D.O.E).
- Training and Support: Full training and support, including further training for career progression.
