About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team at Resourcing Group. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be the face of our business, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in the property sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to branch performance and achieve sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.
  • Manage incoming property enquiries and register potential buyers, conducting property valuations and viewings as needed.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, utilizing strong negotiation and sales skills to secure deals.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Experience in the property industry is preferred but not essential, as we provide training and support for obtaining qualifications.
  • Proven track record within a previous sales role, with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed expectations.
  • Full UK driving license and own transport, with the ability to work a Monday to Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays on a rota basis.

What We Offer

  • Competitive basic salary of £22,000 - £23,000 per year.
  • Uncapped commission structure that allows you to earn significant additional income (£27k-40k in first year OTE depending on abilities).
