Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in Leeds. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering primary care-based mental health support to individuals with mild to moderate common mental health problems.

Our team is dedicated to increasing access to mental health services for people in deprived areas and those who face barriers to accessing support. You will work closely with colleagues to provide a comprehensive service, focusing on personal wellbeing, empowerment, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality mental health support to individuals and groups
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement support plans
  • Provide education and training to individuals and communities on mental health and wellbeing
  • Contribute to the development of new services and initiatives to improve mental health outcomes
