Our client has experienced remarkable growth, successfully doubling their turnover in recent years.

They specialize in providing expert refurbishment services to the public sector, focusing primarily on the Health, Education, Emergency Services, and Leisure sectors.

The primary responsibility is to craft and prepare responses to the 'quality' component of tender submissions, which can significantly influence the success of securing projects.

• Develop written responses for the quality aspect of tender submissions and maintain case studies and bid library content.
• Oversee framework and Constructionline portal content.
• Prepare submissions for awards.

• Comprehensive understanding of the construction industry tendering process.
• Proven experience in bid writing within the construction sector.
• Exceptional writing skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines while remaining composed.
• Confidence in delegating tasks and communicating effectively across all departments.
• Proficient in managing multiple bids in an organized and systematic manner.
• A flexible mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Experienced in using MS Office software, particularly Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign is a plus.
