Reporting to the Lead Commercial Manager, you will be a vital member of the team, overseeing all financial and commercial elements of a programme, ensuring that all performance objectives are achieved or surpassed.

You will lead and manage the programme's commercial team across various projects with values exceeding £50m. Your role will involve inspiring, mentoring, and coaching the team to perform at their highest potential.
You will spearhead the development and upkeep of precise project cost plans and estimates throughout the project lifecycle.
You will oversee the management of the programme budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and validation of expenses.
You will direct the closure of all projects within the programme, including the formulation and execution of project closure plans.

Engaging in a variety of projects from inception to completion while collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders. A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as engineering, business, or construction is required.
Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor on multi-year programmes/projects with values typically exceeding £50m in a relevant sector is essential.
