Sales and Contracts Coordinator - Southern Europe

Permanent | Full Time

Office location: White City, London | Hybrid - 2-3 days a week in the office

As a key member of the ITV sales team, you will be responsible for shaping the company's sales strategy and driving revenue growth in Southern Europe.

The Role

  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless sales processes from beginning to end.
  • Research and develop sales opportunities for TV programming in Southern Europe.
  • Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets and lists to track sales histories and underlying rights.
  • SOURCE new clients and maintain client databases for all territories.
  • Plan and organize sales trips and markets, including travel, meetings, and materials.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Skills Required

  • Relevant experience in a media environment, preferably TV programme distribution.
  • Understanding of TV distribution and digital distribution.
  • High level of organization, accuracy, creativity, and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to hit the ground running and demonstrate initiative.
  • Highly numerate and computer literate, with advanced Excel, Word, and Google suite skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive team player with ability to work for multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Languages (French, Italian, and/or Spanish) would be an advantage.
