About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team at VolkerWessels UK Ltd. As a key member of our Highways Term Maintenance Contract team, you will be responsible for managing all commercial and contractual aspects of the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all allocated commercial and contractual matters on site
  • Effectively manage an assistant surveyor to successfully deliver the project
  • Ensure compliance with NEC forms of contract
Requirements
  • Hold an accredited course by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), or the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES)
  • Adequate experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and/or Quantity Surveyor
  • Experience in managing NEC forms of contract
