About the Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be given the opportunity to take ownership of clients and projects across a range of sectors, providing an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a dynamic and interesting role. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing projects from inception to completion
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Coordinating and leading project teams
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
About the Ideal Candidate

The successful Quantity Surveyor must:

  • Have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Have 4+ years of experience working in a Quantity Surveying role
  • Experience managing own projects and leading project teams
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Be chartered or working towards APC
