About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Somerset, based out of Bridgwater. As a key member of our Street Lighting Contract team, you will be responsible for managing all commercial and contractual matters on the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate commercial and contractual activities on the project
  • Lead and support an assistant surveyor to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
About You
  • You will hold an accredited course by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), or the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES)
  • You will have adequate experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and/or Quantity Surveyor
