About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our Out Of Hospital Care Collaborative (OOHCC) Division at South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as part of the community Bladder and Bowel Specialist Service to deliver high-quality, personalized care and associated duties as delegated by the Bladder and Bowel nurse Specialist.
  • Assist in the supervision of other healthcare and support staff as directed.
  • Carry out duties as specified within the Trust's approved core task list for Clinical Support Workers/Healthcare Assistants, including bladder scanning.
  • Provide and deliver a high standard of individualized Bladder and Bowel based care under the direction of the registered professional.
  • Accurately document all care delivered to patients, countersigned by a registered professional, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
  • GCSE level A-C English and Maths or equivalent
  • NVQ/Diploma level 3 or equivalent higher apprenticeship in healthcare
  • Experience in delivering care in a healthcare or people-centered environment
  • Experience working as part of a team
  • Evidence of competence in care skills
  • Good written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
  • Competent IT skills
  • Able to present information, written and orally, in an accurate, clear, and logical manner
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload
  • Ability to write accurately and legibly in patient notes
