About the Role

Thornton Legal is seeking a dedicated Residential Property Fee Earner to join their esteemed team. As a key member of the firm, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of residential property fee-earning work, from initiation to completion, with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct matters on behalf of clients in accordance with the firm's quality and risk management procedures.
  • Generate fee income and ensure proper control of time recording, billing, and cash collection.
  • Participate in business development, supervise colleagues, and engage in marketing activities.
About You

To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Conveyancer or Paralegal with a minimum of 3-4 years of fee-earning work. You must be efficient, well-organised, and timely, with excellent communication skills both in writing and face-to-face.
