About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Property Fee Earner to join our esteemed team at Thornton Legal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of residential property fee-earning work for client files, from initiation to completion, unsupervised.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct matters on behalf of clients in accordance with our quality and risk management procedures
  • Generate fee income and ensure proper control of time recording, billing, and cash collection
  • Participate in business development and supervise colleagues
  • Engage in marketing activities to promote our services

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Conveyancer or Paralegal with a minimum of 3-4 years of fee-earning work
  • Efficient, well-organized, and timely with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in IT and telephone skills appropriate to modern legal practice
