About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Research Associate to join our team at King's College London. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading qualitative research on an ambitious project comparing the experience of claiming benefits in five different countries.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead qualitative research on the WelfareExperiences project, working closely with an international team of researchers
* Conduct qualitative longitudinal research, analyzing data and publishing academic journal articles
* Collaborate with people with lived experience, research methods, disciplines, and countries
* Develop and implement co-production methods within social sciences

Requirements

* PhD in sociology, social policy, anthropology, social psychology or related discipline
* Strong experience in qualitative research methods, including interviewing, analysis, and research ethics
* Good collaboration skills, including with people with lived experience, across research methods, disciplines, and countries
* Some knowledge of co-production methods within social sciences
