Key Responsibilities- Deliver the OH service across the UK operation, including covering leave and travel when necessary.
- Provide an excellent service, promoting both physical and mental wellbeing.
- Perform health screening, travel health, health surveillance, and case management.
- Deliver presentations and reports at forums and meetings, supporting the business in delivering the Health & Wellbeing Strategy and Campaigns.
- Assist the business in meeting legislative requirements and be an integral part of an OH UK-wide team.
- NMC RN part 1, RN part 3 - SCPHN (OH) registered.
- Experienced in RGN Occupational Health - pre-placement assessments, health surveillance, case management, lifestyle screening, travel health trained, triage and responding to queries.
- Good written, interpersonal and communication skills to work well onsite and remotely.
- Ability to multitask and operate OH systems and tools.
As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will be responsible for undertaking health screening, travel health, health surveillance, and case management. You will deliver presentations and reports at forums and meetings, supporting the business in delivering the Health & Wellbeing Strategy and Campaigns. Additionally, you will assist the business in meeting legislative requirements and be an integral part of an OH UK-wide team.
