About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Customer Team Leader to join our team at Co-op Digital. As a Customer Team Leader, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of Customer Team Members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and welcoming service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Customer Team Members, providing coaching and training to help them grow and develop.
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and cash handling.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer experience and drive sales growth.
What You'll Need
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
