Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Sheffield. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting data into our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing orders and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input product orders and customer contact details with precision and speed, adhering to established data standards.
  • Accurately process orders, entering opportunities and quotes onto CRM systems in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Update and maintain confidential files and records, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines, managing high volumes of data and information effectively.
  • Maintain logs of data entry activities and report progress to the project lead.

Requirements:

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and processing tasks.
  • Previous administrative experience in an office environment, with a focus on data entry, order processing, and CRM management.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel).
