What We're Looking For:
We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP looking for their next challenge. As a natural leader with a passion for producing high-quality food, you'll champion excellent service and lead by example. You'll be responsible for managing the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety, while working closely with your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials.
Key Skills:
- Experience in championing excellent service through quality food.
- Passion for leading and developing a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach.
- Ability to manage the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety effectively.
- Proactive approach to driving sales and delivering growth through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
