Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Digital Transformation Leader to join our team at Huntress. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the digital transformation of our operations and managing our Finance and IT teams.
About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of £40k per annum. You will be working in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. Free parking is available on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: You will be responsible for the management of the Finance and IT teams, providing leadership, support, and guidance to ensure the successful implementation of digital systems and processes.
- Digital Transformation: You will oversee the digital transformation of our business, ensuring efficiency and future-proofing of our IT provision.
- Business Planning: You will support the Director of Finance & Operations in contributing to the company's vision, strategy, and business plan, including budget management and business planning.
- Project Management: You will plan and develop internal team projects, including audits and annual accounts, ensuring project management processes, Health & Safety, and compliance are being followed.
- Stakeholder Engagement: You will build strong working relationships with partners and stakeholders, providing content for the Communications team and engaging with members and the public.
- Compliance: You will comply with the requirements of Data Protection, GDPR, and our company's policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Experience: You must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with significant experience of leading and developing a team.
- Skills: You must have strong knowledge of setting and managing budgets, developing and implementing financial management plans, and experience dealing with complex information to groups and individuals.
- Education: You must have excellent IT, organizational, and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and accuracy and high attention to detail.
