About the Role:

John Williams Recruitment is representing a prominent Accident Management firm specializing in handling claims related to Motor incidents, including Fire, Theft, and damage. This organization is seeking to expand its team by recruiting a dedicated professional to manage claims from initial validation through to final settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of motor fraud indicators.
  • Recognize risk factors associated with significant loss or catastrophic claims and follow the appropriate escalation procedures.
  • Thoroughly review and comprehend all policy and procedural documentation.
  • Identify personal training requirements and proactively seek relevant training to achieve performance objectives.

Claims Management:

Effectively manage a caseload of claims from policyholders and third parties, ensuring that new claims are processed within a timely manner, adhering to the established validation protocols.

Communication:

  • Respond to inquiries via telephone, ensuring the use of appropriate greetings and data protection protocols.
  • Handle written inquiries through email and other formats, providing clear and concise responses.
  • Address any expressions of dissatisfaction in line with the established complaints procedure.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of claim reserves, payments, and Large Movement Reports in accordance with company standards.
  • Investigate and resolve claims efficiently and professionally, maintaining a proactive approach throughout the process.
