Job Title: Senior Programme Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead our IT Carve-Out/Separation & Transformation project. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex digital transformations, particularly in carve-out environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the IT Carve-Out/Separation & Transformation project, ensuring timely and successful delivery of the programme.
  • Develop and execute strategies for operational efficiency, cultural change, and technology integration.
  • Partner with multiple internal and external stakeholders to prioritize and coordinate multiple programmes simultaneously.
  • Manage cloud, technology, and process transformation.

Requirements:

  • Purpose-led, value-driven leader with a track record of transformation with 10+ years' experience.
  • Carve-out experience.
  • Able to deliver on multiple priorities and take ownership for diverse workstreams.
  • Experience of managing highly complex digital transformation programmes.
  • Ability to drive the transition in process engineering lead approach is mandatory.
