Undisclosed is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our People Centre team. As a key member of our Employee Lifecycle Team (ELT), you will provide accurate advice and guidance on HR-related topics to employees and line managers across our clients' sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with internal and external HR enquiries, ensuring alignment with company policy and current employment legislation.
  • Process leavers, contract variations, and advise on Work Life Integration and Inclusive Leave policies.
  • Ensure processes are carried out to business standards and legislative requirements.
  • Answer payroll queries, maintain customer benefits, and process change notes.
  • Support attendance management cases, annual salary reviews, and group-wide projects.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced HR role, with exposure to payroll practices.
  • Computer literacy and a good understanding of current HR policies, GDPR, and Employment Law.
  • CIPD Level 3 or NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration qualification desired or relevant experience/working towards this.
