Job Title: Clinical Psychologist Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to lead our psychology services and develop our psychosocial interventions offer to support individuals experiencing difficulties associated with drug and alcohol use.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a registered Psychologist to join our team and contribute to the development of our psychology services. As a Clinical Psychologist Leader, you will be responsible for providing regional leadership of services and people, developing our psychology services and psychosocial interventions offer, and working as part of multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement psychology services and psychosocial interventions to support individuals experiencing difficulties associated with drug and alcohol use.
  • Provide regional leadership of services and people, ensuring high-quality care and effective service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent care and achieve service goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including service users, carers, and partner agencies.
  • Contribute to the development of our psychology services and psychosocial interventions offer, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and priorities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience of working at a Consultant level or equivalent.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
