What We Offer:
- A competitive base salary of £25,000 with an OTE of £50,000
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (4 shifts from 9am to 5pm, 1 shift from 12pm to 8pm)

Role Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients through various communication channels, providing tailored advice and quotations based on their needs.
- Maintain accurate records in the Client Management Database while adhering to data protection regulations.
- Ensure task lists are current and complete, seeking help when necessary.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all client inquiries.
- Apply a solid understanding of the sales process in all interactions.
- Consider underwriting, regulatory, and insurer requirements in all dealings.
- Meet monthly and annual performance targets.
- Deliver specific advice related to the sale or renewal of complex insurance products, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and procedures.
- Build and maintain relationships with both existing and new clients, utilizing the company's compliance systems effectively.
- Handle incoming calls and provide assistance or refer to the appropriate personnel as needed.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skills.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to foster quality service and sustainable business growth.
- Draft clear and effective written communications, including letters and emails.
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and efficiency in all tasks.
- Address inquiries swiftly, directing them to the appropriate individual when necessary.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in building relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated success in negotiation on behalf of clients.
