Job Overview

Meraki Talent Ltd is seeking a skilled Cloud Operations Engineer to join their team. As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will play a crucial role in deploying and maintaining the underlying infrastructure to support the company's SaaS product.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ITIL Frameworks and Azure, with a passion for working with cloud technology. They will be responsible for deploying and maintaining client platforms, managing and prioritizing their time between operational support to enhance automation for the platforms, and working reactively and proactively to ensure the SaaS platforms are secure, performant, and stable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and maintain client platforms
  • Manage and prioritize time between operational support to enhance automation for the platforms
  • Work reactively and proactively to ensure SaaS platforms are secure, performant, and stable
  • Gain strong working relationships with internal colleagues and external providers

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience working with Azure is essential
  • System Administration experience - Active Directory, Windows Server
  • Experience working within a SaaS environment is helpful but not essential
  • Exposure to automation tools such as Terraform and Azure DevOps is beneficial but not essential
  • Exposure to scripting in languages such as PowerShell or Bash is helpful but not essential
