In your role as a Health and Wellness Trainer at Nuffield Health, you will be personable, enthusiastic, and approachable. Whether you are an experienced trainer or newly certified, it is essential that you hold a REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner qualification (or higher). Excellent communication skills are crucial, as you will need to listen, comprehend, and convey information effectively.

Your responsibilities as a Health and Wellness Trainer will include:

  • Engaging and inspiring members to achieve their fitness objectives and lead healthier lifestyles
  • Confidently conducting various training sessions and consultations
  • Performing high-quality inductions, health assessments, group and individual training sessions, along with general gym responsibilities

We offer a selection of contracted gym floor hours to kickstart your career, tailored to your industry experience and professional aspirations. There is also an option to begin with additional hours to support the growth of your client base.

*Salary is calculated based on a 40-hour work week, consisting of 32 hours on the gym floor and 8 hours dedicated to personal training sessions. As your client base expands, you will reduce your gym floor hours to maximize your earning potential of up to £33,671.04 OTE.

Please note: The more personal training sessions you conduct, the greater your earning potential.
