Job Title:

Senior Product Governance Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Governance Lead to join our UW Standards & Governance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the annual review plan, maintaining the product register and review dashboard, and submitting change and proposition forms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the annual review plan to ensure regulatory adherence for all products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Maintain the product register and review dashboard to track product performance and governance metrics.
  • Submit change and proposition forms to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyse product performance and compile governance reports to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Conduct teams to address regulatory requirements.
  • Gather product governance metrics from sources like Tableau and SQL.
  • Create and update the product register and annual review dashboard.
  • Analyse performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support projects by creating bespoke reports for ad-hoc projects and governance deep dives.
Requirements:
  • Experience with MS Excel and Power BI.
  • Commercial or insurance experience in governance, operations, or underwriting.
