At SPG Resourcing, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Governance and Analytics Lead to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with our UW Standards & Governance team, ensuring regulatory adherence for all products throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the annual review plan, maintaining the product register and review dashboard.
  • Submit change and proposition forms, gathering product governance metrics from sources like Tableau and SQL.
  • Analyse product performance, compile governance reports, and work on internal binding agreements.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Conduct teams to address regulatory requirements.
  • Create bespoke reports for ad-hoc projects and governance deep dives.
Requirements:
  • Experience with MS Excel and Power BI.
  • Commercial or insurance experience in governance, operations, or underwriting.
