Job Summary

The UW Standards & Governance team is responsible for ensuring regulatory adherence for all products throughout their lifecycle. As a Product Governance and Analytics Lead, you will play a critical role in managing the annual review plan, maintaining the product register and review dashboard, and submitting change and proposition forms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the annual review plan, ensuring timely completion and submission of review reports.
  • Maintain the product register and review dashboard, providing accurate and up-to-date information on product governance metrics.
  • Submit change and proposition forms, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyse product performance, compiling governance reports and working on internal binding agreements.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Conduct teams to address regulatory requirements.
  • Gather product governance metrics from sources like Tableau and SQL.
  • Create and update the product register and annual review dashboard.
  • Analyse performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support projects by creating bespoke reports for ad-hoc projects and governance deep dives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with MS Excel and Power BI.
  • Commercial or insurance experience in governance, operations, or underwriting.
