Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEN teaching assistant to join our team at Castleton Primary School. As a SEN teaching assistant, you will work closely with our teachers to provide support to pupils with complex needs, ensuring they receive the best possible education and care.

About the Role

  • Providing individualized support to pupils with complex needs, under the guidance of the teacher

  • Communicating effectively with pupils, teachers, and parents
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Outstanding classroom skills and experience working with pupils with complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to high standards of attainment and behavior
  • Highly competent in writing and speaking English
