Lead Associate

Themis Recruit is seeking a seasoned Lead Associate to enhance our Wealth Management division. This role is ideal for professionals who are dedicated to delivering customized, high-caliber legal counsel in areas such as estate planning, tax strategies, and asset management.
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive estate planning strategies for affluent clients
- Draft intricate Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Oversee the administration of both taxable and non-taxable estates
- Prepare Trust documentation and provide guidance on tax implications and compliance
- Facilitate business succession planning for entrepreneurs
- Assist colleagues with complex legal matters
- Participate in networking functions to expand professional relationships
- At least 8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Proficient in self-assessment tax filings
- Membership in SFE and/or STEP is highly advantageous
- Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding communication abilities
- Strong time management skills and self-driven
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively
