Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the kitchen team to ensure the delivery of healthy meals that cater to various cultural and dietary requirements.
- Manage kitchen inventory and ensure all equipment is maintained and in good working order.
- Complete necessary documentation, including COSHH and HACCP, while adhering to company standards.
- Assist in organizing special events, such as milestone celebrations and seasonal gatherings.
- Maintain a focus on resident wellbeing in all aspects of meal preparation and service.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, along with a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate. A solid understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points is essential.
