Position Summary:

As a Civil Engineering Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing various project phases from initiation to completion.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure the successful execution of projects while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, budget, and timeline standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of wastewater infrastructure initiatives, including treatment facilities and pumping stations.
  • Formulate project scopes, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Supervise the creation of engineering designs, technical drawings, specifications, and contractual documents.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors, to guarantee that project outcomes align with technical specifications and client requirements.
  • Track project advancement, identify potential risks, and implement effective strategies to mitigate issues, ensuring that project goals are met within the established timeframe and budget.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to project team members, cultivating a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.
  • Prepare progress reports, presentations, and other documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing civil engineering projects, with a focus on wastewater infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment.
