About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Lead. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on project management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
