Exciting Opportunity for a Graduate Civil Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Graduate Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team at Hydrock. As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering sustainable projects that make a positive impact on our communities, planet, and society.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of complex projects from concept to completion, including design, modelling, and specification.
  • Prepare reports and provide expert advice to clients and project teams.
  • Manage your workload to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop your technical skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the delivery of innovative and sustainable solutions.
Requirements:
  • Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sustainable urban drainage, biodiversity net gain, flood risk, and nutrient neutrality.
  • Proficiency in digital engineering tools, including coding experience related to design automation or other digitisation improvements.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
